How do I contact you?

We typically respond within a few hours but please allow 24 hours to respond.

We accept, Paypal, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay & Google Pay,
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we are not set up at this time for international shipping.
What are the Lead Times?
For all Drop Ships, please review each item before purchasing as each item will list the lead times. PLEASE NOTE THAT LEAD TIMES ARE PROVIDED FOR EACH ITEM IN BUSINESS days. Depending on which warehouse location the item is shipping from, there is a 10 Day, 8 Day, 5 Day or 2-3 BUSINESS DAY Lead time.
For all items that are listed as Pick UP, they can be picked up in Rossville, TN or if shipped, have a 2-3 Business Lead time. Holiday orders will be processed on next Business Day. You will receive a confirmation once the order has been fulfilled as well as shipping.
What is your RETURN Policy?
As long as your item is NOT a Final Sale item, you can return items for any reason, using the steps below:
1. Please try on everything as soon as you receive your items. Email or message us within 7 days of receiving your product to let us set up a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Once you receive an email from us with the RA number, please return in original packaging, along with receipt and RA EMail.
2. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original garment bag.
3. Mail back to address you are given on Return Authorization Email.
4. Please note that after 7 days, we are unable to REFUND your account or provide store credit.
5. You will receive credit within 2-3 Business days once it has been received back to the warehouse.
6. The Return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria is not met.
